Our aim at The Cartridge Wizard is for same day despatch on all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm, at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day.

All orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class or by Next Day Courier.

We will keep you updated at all times as to the status of your order.

Many of our packets are too big to go through a letterbox and when this is the case and there's no-one in the postman or woman should leave a "sorry we missed you" card and return the goods to the local sorting office. However, sometimes the card is not left and the recipient is unaware their order is at the sorting office. If your order has not arrived within a few days please first contact your local sorting office. We are unable, under the Royal Mail's terms of business, to investigate any losses until 16 working days have elapsed.
